Order cancellation
Please contact FarmNeed as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is normally possible only before packing or dispatch.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Inspect the parcel promptly. Report transit damage, an incorrect product or missing contents within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ganapathiagro@gmail.com with the order number, package photographs and an unpacking video where available.
Return eligibility
Return requests should be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging with labels, manuals, accessories and invoice. Used, installed, altered or customer-damaged power tools are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Verified manufacturing defects remain subject to the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Inspection and refund
Returns require prior approval and inspection. If approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary. Original delivery and return costs may be deducted unless the return is due to a FarmNeed dispatch error or confirmed transit damage.
