FarmNeed ships to serviceable addresses in India through supported courier and postal partners. Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination postcode, parcel weight and serviceability.
Free-shipping thresholds
Eligible orders of ₹500 or more receive free shipping within Tamil Nadu. Eligible orders of ₹2,000 or more receive free shipping to other serviceable locations in India. Any applicable charge below these thresholds is shown during checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after confirmation and payment checks where applicable. Estimated delivery timing is provided during fulfilment and may change because of remote-area service, weather, public holidays, courier disruption or other circumstances outside our control.
Address and inspection
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable mobile number. Please inspect the parcel promptly and report visible damage, shortage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.
